Welcome to the kingdom of Principessa Farina, the Flour Princess, where you can find all manner of sweet and savoury tasty treats.  Many of my dishes are inspired by the rich history of my parents’ ancestral homes in the South of Italy. I have been blessed to have inherited many old school recipes from my family, steeped in tradition and taught ‘Al Occhio” or by the eye. I have brought them forward so you can enjoy these delights today.
