Being Italian, baking bread has always been a passion, particularly using ancient grains and it wouldn’t be a special occasion for my family without one of my delicious foccacias.
All breads are baked fresh using only the highest quality flour and ingredients and from my sourdough starter. Available options include:
- White sandwich loaf
- Wholegrain, rye, ancient grain, seed loaves
- Boules, plain and flavoured
- Foccaccia and Pizza
Scrolls:
- Sweet scrolls – hot cross buns, cinnamon scrolls, fruit spice etc.
- Savoury scrolls – olive and fetta, olive and pumpkin, spinach and ricotta etc.
