Having completed a Certificate in Patisserie, I fully appreciate the work that goes into making pastry from scratch including brioche, laminated puff pastry, sweet and savoury short crust pastry.

My Family also has a long tradition of making pasta and gnocchi from scratch. It is a labour of love but you just can’t beat the flavour!
